Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — if an item has sold out, if the price was wrong, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order, and the payment method must be yours to use.

Prices on this store are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated from your shipping ZIP code and shown before you pay. The total on the final checkout screen is what you will be charged.

Which store you see is set by where you are, and you can change it at the bottom of any page. The market you order from is decided by your delivery address, and that is what prices the order.

We try hard to price correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.

Every case is listed against specific phone models, and the shop only shows you cases cut for the phone you chose. Please make sure the model you select is the one you own — “iPhone 16” and “iPhone 16 Pro” are different cases and will not fit each other. If you order for the wrong model, our returns policy covers you.

When you upload an image for a custom case, you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload anything you do not own the rights to, anything with someone else's trademark or logo, or anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit involving anyone.

You keep ownership of your image. You give us permission to use it only to print your case and to keep it long enough to handle reprints and returns. We may refuse to print something and refund you instead.

The artwork, photography, text and code on this site belong to Covelle or our licensors. Buying a case buys you the case, not the design — please do not reproduce our artwork or resell our products as your own.

Your return rights are set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer where you live — in the UK that includes the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 14-day cancellation right, and in the US the consumer protections of your own state.

A phone case reduces the chance of damage. It does not guarantee your phone will survive a drop, and we are not responsible for damage to your phone, for data loss, or for anything else beyond the case itself.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we are not permitted to exclude.

Only customers who bought an item can review it. We publish genuine reviews, good and bad, and we do not delete a review for being critical. We will remove one that is abusive, off-topic, or contains someone's personal information.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change cannot alter an order you have already made.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, that does not take away rights you have where you live. A shopper in the United States keeps the consumer protections of their own state, and a shopper in the United Kingdom keeps their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — including the cancellation right described on our returns page. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
